On Sunday mornings, the Sonrise Kids meets in fun and educational classes for children ages 6 months through high school.  The age groups gather in different locations to study Bible stories and discuss how those lessons apply to their daily lives.

The infants, preschool and elementary school-aged children benefit from the practical life lessons of the Bible and a variety of age-appropriate crafts, music, toys and physical activities.  Snacks are also provided.

Middle and high school youth study the Bible in greater depth and discuss its moral and ethical applications to their home, school and social settings.   They are also encouraged to participate in community service projects throughout the year.  During past Easter and Christmas services, they have written, acted and produced their own plays, dances and video productions.

Teens at Sonrise can also join in the service with the adults to receive in-depth Bible teaching.  They are encouraged to be active in the church volunteering  in the audio visual ministries and children’s ministries, as well as helping with set up and running activity booths at church events during the year.  They are also encouraged to participate in community service projects.
